These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and chattg ("chattg," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the chattg online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at chattg.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the chattg Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with chattg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use the chattg Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. chattg strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of chattg complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion imposed by chattg or any gaming regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of chattg, or an immediate family member of any such person.

To access real-money games on chattg, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all chattg accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) chattg account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your chattg login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. chattg will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify chattg immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• KYC Compliance: chattg may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the chattg Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: chattg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. chattg does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawal Processing: chattg aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Verification Requirements: chattg reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include identity verification, source of funds documentation, and payment method verification.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). chattg is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the chattg Platform:

• Finality of Wagers: All wagers are final once confirmed by the chattg system. chattg does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers.
• Insufficient Funds: Wagers will only be accepted if your chattg account has sufficient available balance. chattg does not extend credit to players.
• Game Rules: Each game on the chattg Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, chattg reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. chattg's decision in such matters is final.
• Suspected Fraud: chattg reserves the right to void any wager and suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other form of cheating.

chattg offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all chattg bonuses unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. chattg reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your chattg account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification: chattg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the chattg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using chattg for any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing chattg staff or other players;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your chattg account.

All content on the chattg Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "chattg Content"), is the exclusive property of chattg or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the chattg Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any chattg Content without the prior written consent of chattg.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• chattg provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• chattg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• chattg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your chattg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• chattg is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond chattg's reasonable control.

chattg is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

chattg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

chattg reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, chattg will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the chattg Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the chattg Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
